
CHECKS, REPAIRS AND MODIFICATIONS
Note: We work only on DUCATI components.
FRAME CHECK
The check consists in verify the geometries and technical parameters of the frame.
The first operation is the frame sandblasting. Later, through the use of traditional and computerized measuring instruments, such as jigs and FARO CAM2 arm, we check the frame and at the end we re-paint it.
The same procedure is performed for swingarm, front and rear frame check.
FRAME REPAIR
The repair consists in sandblast, repair and paint frame.
The parties seriously damaged, such as tubes, brackets and bushings, are completely replaced. This is done with the help of jigs made in steel machined structures.
The same procedure is performed for the swingarm, front and rear frame repair.

FRAME MODIFICATIONS
1198/1098/848 SBK UPGRADE
The upgrade consists in
– sandblast
– foot peg brackets replacement with brackets cut from billet, more resistence in case of sliding
– adding of lower cross-bar connecting the tubes closed to the steering head pipe to contribute to a greater rigidity of the frame
– adding of reinforcement on the cross-bar rear suspension to distribute optimally the load on it.

– foot peg brackets replacement with brackets cut from billet, more resistence in case of sliding
